Built for Chapter 7A. Specified at framing.

Argentmantle integrates into the eave assembly during construction — no retrofit, no subcontractor coordination after close. Installation specs, compliance documentation, and underwriting packages available on request.

Chapter 7A compliance

Argentmantle meets and exceeds California's WUI construction standard for eave and soffit assemblies. Third-party test data and compliance documentation are available for permit submission and insurer review.

Integrated at framing

The system installs into the eave channel during rough framing — before drywall, before roofing, before landscaping. No separate mobilization. No coordination with a fire-mitigation subcontractor post-close. One trade, one visit, one line item.

Underwriting-grade documentation

Carriers writing WUI policies in California require documentation that goes beyond code compliance. Argentmantle provides a full underwriting package: third-party test reports, material certifications, installation verification protocol, and a per-unit certificate of installation.

Competitive differentiation

In a market where buyers are comparing WUI homes on insurance availability and premium cost, Argentmantle is a spec line that changes the conversation. Homes equipped with the system qualify for insurer documentation that competitors cannot provide.

How it works for builders

01

Request documentation

Submit a builder inquiry with your project address, unit count, and roofline configuration. We'll send the full documentation package within 48 hours.

02

Review specs with your framing sub

The eave-mount installation drawing is designed for standard framing crews. No specialized training required. We provide a one-page installation guide and a 30-minute video walkthrough.

03

Add to your spec sheet

Argentmantle is a single line item in your material spec. We supply panels per unit, pre-cut to your roofline configuration, with the thermal trigger assembly pre-installed.

04

Receive per-unit certificates

After installation verification, we issue a certificate of installation for each unit. This is the document your buyers need for insurer submission and the document carriers need for underwriting.
